The policy in one paragraph
The seller's return policy allows a refund within 60 days of the day the order was placed and paid. You email the support team at [email protected], adding “Refund Request” to the subject line, then send every bottle back, empty or not, with the packing slip and a note giving your name, email and order number, to 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. Return shipping is not covered. Once the package is received, the refund is processed and may take 5 to 10 days to show on a card statement. The seller's terms page summarizes the same guarantee as 60 days of delivery and 3 to 5 business days for processing; where the two pages differ, the stricter reading is the safer one to plan around.
A worked example
Suppose you order two bottles on Monday, January 4. Here is how the calendar falls if you count from the order date.
| Day | Date | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Mon Jan 4 | Order placed and paid. Save the confirmation email. |
| About 7 | Jan 11 | Box arrives (no delivery estimate is published; this is an assumption). |
| 7-14 | Jan 11-18 | Baseline week in your symptom log, first capsules in the evening. |
| 14-42 | Jan 18-Feb 15 | Daily log; compare weekly averages with baseline. |
| 45 | Thu Feb 18 | Decision day. If returning, send the Refund Request email. |
| 46-50 | Feb 19-23 | Ship both bottles with tracking, packing slip and note. |
| 60 | Fri Mar 5 | Last day of the window counted from the order. |
| After arrival | Early to mid March | Refund processed; 5-10 days to appear on the card. |
Two features of the example matter. First, the box spent its first week in transit, so a buyer counting from delivery would think they had a week more than they do. Second, the decision has to be made around day 45, not day 60, because the bottles need time to reach Florida.
What to put in the box
- Every bottle from the order, including empty ones. Keep empties in a drawer from day one instead of throwing them away.
- The original packing slip. If it is lost, print your order confirmation and write the order number on it.
- A short note with your full name, the email used at checkout and the order number.
- Nothing else of value. Bonus guides are digital and do not need returning.
Use a padded envelope or small box and a tracked service. Write down the tracking number and the date you shipped.
Why refunds stall
From the way the policy is written, these are the points where a refund can be delayed or refused:
- Late arrival. A box mailed on day 58 may land after the window, whichever start date the warehouse uses.
- Missing bottles. The policy asks for all bottles. A partial return gives the warehouse a reason to adjust the amount.
- No packing slip or note. Without them, matching the box to an order takes longer.
- No email first. Shipping without a Refund Request email leaves no record that you asked in time.
- Wrong address. The return address is in Largo, Florida. The distributor's business address in Lakeland and the label phone number are not the return route.
The 30-day wording
The order page frames its guarantee around customers who are not satisfied after at least 30 days of continuous use. The return policy itself sets no minimum use, and the sales page describes the guarantee as unconditional. If the question comes up, a symptom log showing daily use is a simple answer. It also gives you something concrete to say in the refund email, which can only help.
If the money does not come back
Give the refund the full ten days after the carrier shows delivery. Then call the order line at +1 (855) 889-3137, with the tracking number and delivery date ready. Ask for the date the refund was issued and the amount. Note the date and time of the call.
If that does not resolve it, contact your card issuer about a dispute. Card networks generally expect you to have tried the merchant first, and the paper trail you have built, confirmation email, refund request, tracking record and call notes, is exactly what they ask for. A seller that does not honor its published refund terms can also be reported to the FTC [1].
What the refund does not cover
Return postage, which the policy states is not supported. The $9.99 outbound shipping on the two-bottle pack, which is not described as refundable. Any shipping upgrade bought at checkout, unless the seller confirms otherwise. And time: a refund returns the money, not the weeks you spent testing, which is another reason to judge early rather than wait for the end of a six-month supply.
Opened bottles, empty bottles and partial use
Buyers often assume a refund needs unopened bottles. The NerveHoney return policy says the opposite: it asks for every bottle back whether it is opened or not, and its sales page says full and/or empty. That makes the guarantee usable for its real purpose, which is trying the product.
The catch is the word every. If you ordered six bottles and used two before deciding, all six still go back, the two empties included. Throwing empties in the recycling on day 30 is the most avoidable way to weaken a claim. A shoebox in a cupboard solves it.
It is also worth photographing the bottles and packing slip before sealing the box, and keeping the photo with your tracking receipt. If the warehouse later says a bottle was missing, you have something to show.
Questions readers ask about refunds
Do I need a return authorization number? The policy does not mention one. The email with “Refund Request” in the subject serves as the request; keep the reply. Is the refund the full amount? The policy promises a full refund of the product; return postage is not covered, and the $9.99 outbound shipping on two bottles is not described as refundable. Can I refund only some bottles? The policy is written around returning all of them; ask the seller before sending a partial return. What if I bought through this site? Orders through our buttons are placed on the seller's checkout, so the seller's policy applies exactly as described here. The bottom line
The NerveHoney refund is straightforward if you treat it as a deadline from the day you order. Mark day 45 in your calendar, keep every bottle, email before you ship, and use tracking. The shorter version of these steps sits on our return policy page, and the contact page has a refund email you can copy.
Checked the numbers?
Six bottles cost $294 with free U.S. shipping ($1.63 a day); two bottles cost $167.99 with shipping. The 60-day refund clock starts on the order date.
