This is our reading of the seller's return policy, terms and order page as published on November 6, 2026. The seller's own pages govern your refund; where they disagree with each other we say so and suggest the safer reading.
The five steps
- Check the clock. The return policy gives 60 days starting on the day the order was placed and paid. The terms page says 60 days of delivery. Count from the order date, which is the earlier and safer of the two, and keep the confirmation email that shows it.
- Email first. Write to [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject line. The policy says this gets your request priority. Do it before you mail anything.
- Return every bottle. All bottles go back, whether full, opened or empty, with the original packing slip and a note giving your full name, email and order ID. A partial return can stall the refund.
- Pay the postage. The policy states that return shipping costs are not covered. Use a tracked service to 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773.
- Allow 5 to 10 days. The return policy says the refund is processed once the package arrives and may take 5 to 10 days to show on your card statement, depending on your bank. The terms page says 3 to 5 business days. Plan on the longer figure.
A calendar that works
| Day (from order) | What to do |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | Order. Save the confirmation email; note day 45 and day 60. |
| Days 3-10 | Delivery (the seller publishes no delivery estimate). Start your symptom log. |
| Days 14-40 | Take as directed and compare weekly averages. |
| Day 45 | Decide. If returning, email the refund request today. |
| Days 46-52 | Ship all bottles, tracked, with the packing slip. |
| By day 60 | Box should be at the warehouse. Refund 5-10 days after arrival. |
What the refund covers
The product price. Return postage is not refunded. On the 2-bottle pack, the $9.99 outbound shipping is not described as refundable. If you bought the Priority + Insured Shipping upgrade mentioned in the policy, assume that fee is not refunded either unless the seller confirms otherwise.
The 30-day wording on the order page
The order page frames the guarantee around customers who are not satisfied after at least 30 days of continuous use. The return policy itself sets no minimum use period. Your symptom log doubles as a record of use if the question comes up.
If the refund does not arrive
Call the order line at +1 (855) 889-3137 with your tracking number and the delivery date shown by the carrier. If that fails, your card issuer's dispute process is the next step, and the tracking record, emails and receipt are the evidence it will ask for. You can also report a seller that does not honor a stated refund to the FTC [1].
Bought from somewhere else?
This policy applies to orders placed through the seller's checkout. Bottles bought from a marketplace reseller are covered, if at all, by that reseller's terms.
